I cannot recommend MiD Solutions enough. Our original printer with themselves was working fine but Claire came down to do a review with ourselves to see if we could save some money. We agreed on a printer that saved us a considerable amount over the year. Once this was agreed, we had our new printer in our offices within 2 working days. Andy came down with his colleague Kyle and installed our new printer and set up our computers to print. He also set up vital functions necessary such as scan to PC etc. He then did a demo on the machine to make sure we were all familiar with it once they left. So far, I cannot be any happier although I am sure I will be happier once the invoices come and the bill is lower than what we have been paying before!
