Everyone here at MiD Solutions 4 Documents Ltd would like to extend our congratulations to Debbie Wilson on a fantastic first year with us. It has been a busy year with 3 new offices opening, many new staff joining us across all departments & a 25% increase in our customer base, which is continuing to grow exponentially, & Debbie has been right at the centre of it all!
So I took the time to check in with Debbie today to get her take on her 1st year with us her at MiD…
“One year on… what a whirlwind that has been! 😊
– 3rd August 2020 started at Sheffield Office & was made to feel so welcome & valued
– 17th August very excited to open up the new Manchester office
MiD has gone from strength to strength & by Christmas 2020 it was obvious our sales teams were on a roll & we needed to recruit another engineer for the workshop just to keep up with demand.
MiD Management continued to embrace growth & we have expanded our teams in all areas with different levels of industry experience.
Personally inspirational for me has been the recruitment & development of our young apprentices. The Pandemic has been a challenge for young people & being able to offer a genuine career path with us in sales or engineering has been great.
Their enthusiasm is a wonderful thing to see & they embrace the opportunity wholeheartedly.
I am excited to see what happens in the next 12 months & am grateful to MiD for the opportunity to be a part of it.”
