MiD Solutions 4 Documents is pleased to announce that former Midshire manager Debbie Wilson is joining MiD as Operations and HR Manager.

Debbie has wide management experience hailing from a Banking and Financial services background, working for Abbey National and Santander Bank in roles heavily focused on customer service.

Debbie joined Midshire Business Systems Northern Ltd, a supplier of business equipment and services, in 2010 to streamline delivery and installation of new equipment and the IT installation diary. After 4 years of massive growth in the business, Debbie was promoted to a senior management role, with a wider operational remit covering administration, logistics, workshop, warehouse, and IT installation team.

In 2017-2019 Debbie completed Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD courses in Human Resources Management becoming an Associate CIPD and after 9 years at Midshire, Debbie furthered her HR experience working in a Healthcare provider, in their HR department, which Debbie says, “helped me to realise the importance of having a great working environment and culture where people can be themselves and achieve their goals whilst feeling supported and safe.”

MiD is a fast-growing supplier of sustainable business technology, managed print services and document management systems and recently announced a new team based in Greater Manchester to help cover our quickly growing customer base across the North and West of the UK.

MiD Managing Director, Shaun Frost, shared the news with staff, saying that, “…this is an exciting time for us; taking on more staff, adding new brands, and selling more products that we could have ever imagined in such a difficult financial climate that affects so many of our existing and potential clients. Debbie brings a huge amount of experience managing the kind of massive growth we are seeing which will be invaluable to us.”

A main dealer for manufacturers including Epson, Toshiba, HP, and Sharp, as well as a reseller for a number of other brands, MiD has access to their whole range of products.
