Tiny Tablets Interactive touchscreen tables for Nurseries, Pre-schools, and Primary Schools provide educational and exciting play experiences that enhance learning and introduce children to technology and skills they will need in their future lives.
Young children grow up in a technologically rich world and need to be confident users of digital resources from early on. Tiny Tablets offer multisensory resources for children in the EYFS and beyond, helping you to offer rich environments to enhance children’s learning, their wellbeing and their future success.
OFSTED 2017 guidelines require children to be introduced to a range of technologies they might use in schools, at home or in the community. Children should explore and play with a wide range of media and materials to provide opportunities and encouragement for sharing their thoughts, ideas and feelings through a variety of activities, including technology.
Teachers can use interactive tables as presentation screens in vertical mode, or as horizontal hands-on activity touch tables. They come in three sizes and can be used by the whole class or up to 4 children, working together or individually, on a range of educational apps, providing collaborative or individual learning experiences.
This versatility allows teachers to follow the complete Early Years Stage curriculum, including numeracy, literacy, letter formation and music. The addition of a touch screen table into a nursery can be enough to show to OFSTED that your nursery is meeting these technological requirements.
The tables offer everything from educational needs for the nursery right through to games to keep the children proactive and happy. We have partnered up with Yellow Door, who have developed 20 EYFS curriculum-based apps. Each app meets one of the 7 key areas included in the EYFS curriculum. These learning, multi-sensory apps not only bring hours of fun, but meet the EYFS guidelines.
