Whilst MiD offers both lease and purchase options for devices including multifunction printers and copiers (MFPs), the majority of our customers prefer the convenience of a lease.
For some, an outright purchase of capital equipment is not financially an option, so MiD works with several market leading finance companies to provide low cost leasing options.
This can ease a companies cash flow by spreading the cost of a device over a number of years, freeing up your money to invest in your business and also avoid the need for depreciation schedules.
MiD also supports MFPs on a Managed Print Service (MPS), which provides all the toner, servicing and parts needed during the term of the lease. Our 5 Star service provides both fast remote and onsite support and servicing. From time to time, our customers may have changes of staff and MiD is here to provide advice and training when necessary.
Our Managed Print Service also connects your MFP to MiD so that we can automatically replenish your toner when any cartridge falls below 25% full, and take automated meter readings, saving you both time and hassle.
Another benefit is the opportunity to upgrade your technology without huge upfront costs. MiD Customer Service Managers visit our customers regularly to ensure the devices continue to meet the customers’ developing needs, and, wherever appropriate offer advice on new technology and the available upgrades.
